We're sorry to announce that your flight has been cancelled. We would like to remind you that flights are only cancelled as a result of unforeseen circumstances. If your flight is cancelled, you can either choose to reschedule your flight on the same route  within the date range indicated free of charge, or request a full refund for your ticket. Please enter you Reservation (PNR) number and surname below, and then click the "Continue" button to access the page where you can carry out this transaction.

If you purchased your ticket via flypgs.com, our mobile services, or our call centre, you can change your flight or carry out cancellations/refunds there. If you purchased your ticket outside the channels mentioned above, you can carry out these transactions by calling our call centre on 0850 250 67 02. If you have any questions regarding these transactions, please see the "Frequently Asked Questions" section below.
